Here’s a really creative and inexpensive way of upcycling old plant pots.
With spray paint it’s easy to update your garden without spending a fortune. Paint any plastic plant pots you have lying around with Rust-Oleum spray paint. This is also a great way of using up spray paint left over from any other projects. Choose a vibrant colour or a range of colours for a quick and easy garden update.
If using Rust-Oleum Painter’s Touch on bare plastic, give it a quick coat with Rust-Oleum Plastic Primer first to ensure it adheres well. Painter’s Touch is available in a range of 42 colours and finishes. Alternatively Rust-Oleum Universal - a paint that can be used directly onto bare plastic – is available in over 20 shades.
Why not experiment with Rust-Oleum Textured and Metallic spray paint finishes for some very creative and interesting plant pots! Use stencils to add interest to a plain pot – or with some careful masking before spraying, a combination of colours can look striking.
